We are an online shop. There is no counter to walk into, which is how the prices stay where they are. Everything reaches you by rider or courier.
Harare
Same-day delivery on orders placed before 2pm, $3 flat. The rider will wait while you check the shoes, and you pay on delivery in cash or on EcoCash.
The rest of Zimbabwe
One to three working days to Bulawayo, Mutare, Gweru, Masvingo, Kwekwe, Chinhoyi and elsewhere. Delivery is $5 to $7 depending on the route. We ask for payment or a deposit before dispatch because the courier is paid upfront.
Paying
Cash, EcoCash or InnBucks. All prices on this site are in USD and are the price you pay, before delivery is added.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is $3 anywhere in Harare and $5 to $7 to other cities in Zimbabwe. The exact amount is confirmed on WhatsApp before we dispatch, so there are no surprises.
How long does delivery take?
Harare orders placed before 2pm arrive the same day. Bulawayo, Mutare, Gweru, Masvingo and other centres take one to three working days.
Can I pay when the shoes arrive?
Yes, inside Harare. You pay the rider in cash or on EcoCash when the shoes reach you. For deliveries outside Harare we ask for a deposit or full payment before dispatch, because the courier cost is paid upfront.
How do I know my size will fit?
Tell us your usual size on WhatsApp and we will confirm the fit of that particular style. Some models run small, and we will say so before you pay.
Can I see the shoes before I pay?
In Harare the rider will wait while you check the shoes. If they are not what you expected you do not have to take them.
Do you deliver outside Zimbabwe?
Not at the moment. We deliver anywhere inside Zimbabwe only.
